- Located in Worcester, MA, the land is being prepared for re-development and will be used for manufacturing. Full development of the area is predicted to be finished in 2-4 years.

- Pathway Devens is a spacious property in Devens, MA with five large facilities in development or currently utilized for biomanufacturing. Aside from practically designed and equipped lab spaces for industrial-scale production of novel drugs, the campus also features refreshing outdoor spaces and even an on-site cafe and bar. It is surrounded by other biotechnology companies such as Bristol Myers Squibb, Johnson Mathers, and Bio-Techne among others. 75 Jackson Rd is expected to be fully constructed by the third quarter of 2025. - Current production of facilities for WuXi Biologics and Galaxy Life Sciences at The Reactory will provide the resources for companies to manufacture high-demand pharmaceuticals efficiently and in accordance with cGMP. Other land parcels owned by Galaxy and available for development and lease include 35,000 square feet, 95,000 square feet, & $165,000 square feet. The Reactory’s convenient location in Worcester makes it the ideal location to manufacture drugs for clinical trials.
